How our tiles are made

  1. Preparing the raw materials

    Production begins with raw materials prepared in ball mills.

  2. Forming the tile

    Presses shape the prepared material into the tile body.

  3. Connecting the stages

    Automated conveyors carry material between production stages.

  4. Applying the pattern

    An 18-channel digital inkjet printer applies ceramic designs to the surface.

  5. Firing the tile

    The tiles are fired in wide-body kilns, with conditions set for the material and process.

  6. Finishing the surface

    Polishing lines are part of ANJI’s production equipment. The finish varies by model; ask us for the details of the tile you have chosen.
