- Include destination country, selected model codes and estimated quantities by model.
- Ask for current sample arrangements, minimum order quantities and production availability.
- Confirm carton and pallet data, labelling and required import documents for the proposed shipment.
Contractors & project buyers
Connect the approved design with purchasing, delivery and site handling.
- Provide the approved model schedule, quantities, delivery destination and required dates.
- Have the installer confirm the substrate, setting materials, joint plan and cutting allowance.
- Agree batch identification, phased delivery, receipt inspection and spare-stock requirements before ordering.
Keep the model code with the sample
A labelled sample connects the design decision to the order. Record its model code and finish, then add the intended use and any technical documents still needed.
