Request a sample with its model code
Give the model code and nominal size, with the intended use. Ask about the available sample format and whether it represents the current product. Sample cost, freight and dispatch timing need to be confirmed for your request.
Keep the code with the sample and review it beside the other project materials. Ask for additional faces if variation matters. Record the approved colour and finish, with any technical questions still open.
Confirm the order quantity and minimum
Provide an estimated quantity for each model. Ask whether it is in stock or needs a production run, and request the applicable minimum. Do not apply a minimum quoted for another size, finish or shipment.
Have the installer establish the quantity allowance for cuts, the agreed layout and replacement stock. Nominal tile area is not a confirmed carton coverage or loading figure.
Separate packing, production and transport
Request the piece count and area per carton, with net and gross weights. Confirm pallet quantities and the loading arrangement before booking freight. The downloadable product references list the packing details to request; they are not packing lists.
Ask for the production or stock-release date separately from the freight estimate. Give the destination and any receiving constraints. Confirm shipping and payment terms in the quotation, including responsibility for sample charges and applicable duties.
Record the agreement before purchase
Before purchasing, check that the quotation or order confirmation records the points below.
- Model codes, nominal dimensions and confirmed finish.
- Sample or visual approval and applicable technical documents.
- Quantity by model, packing data and delivery destination.
- Current prices, payment conditions and agreed delivery arrangements.

Common questions
Can I request a sample before knowing the final quantity?
Yes. Give an estimate or say the quantity is undecided. Include the model codes and intended use, plus the address or destination for the sample.
What sample format can I receive?
Ask whether a cut sample, full tile or another format is available for the selected model. Confirm dimensions and whether the sample is suitable for your colour, pattern and finish review before dispatch.
Are samples free, and who pays freight?
Ask for sample and freight charges separately, based on your destination. Free samples or shipping should not be assumed.
What is ANJI’s minimum order quantity?
The minimum needs confirmation for the model, size and finish. Ask the quotation to state both the quantity and its unit: pieces, cartons or square metres.
Can different models be mixed in one order?
Send quantities for each model so the proposed mix can be checked. Confirm the individual minimums and loading constraints before placing a mixed order.
How long does delivery take, and when does the clock start?
Ask for the estimated dispatch date and the condition that starts the lead time, such as specification approval or an agreed payment milestone. Freight and destination handling are separate from production or stock availability.
How do I confirm cartons, pallets and shipment weight?
Request the piece count, area, net and gross weight per carton, pallet configuration and the shipment packing list. Do not infer them from nominal tile area or from another model.
What should I send for a quotation?
List the model codes with quantities and intended wall or floor use. Add the project country, delivery destination and required date. Name any required documents and mark products that are alternatives.
What if cartons or tiles arrive damaged?
Keep labels and delivery documents, photograph the packaging and affected pieces where safe, and report the discrepancy through the process agreed for the order before installing affected material. Claims deadlines and remedies belong in the purchase terms.
Does sending an enquiry place an order?
No. An enquiry requests information. Agree the specification and quantity, then confirm sample approval, packing and commercial terms in the quotation or order confirmation before purchasing.
