Keep the code with the sample and review it alongside the other materials in your project. Ask to see additional faces if variation matters. Sample approval should record the finish and colour being considered, along with technical questions that remain open.
Confirm the order quantity and minimum
Provide an estimated area or quantity by model. Ask whether the model is available from stock or needs a production run, and confirm the minimum order for that specific enquiry. A minimum stated for one size, finish or shipment should not be carried over to another.
Have the installer establish the quantity allowance for cuts, the agreed layout and replacement stock. Nominal tile area is not a confirmed carton coverage or loading figure.
Separate packing, production and transport
Request pieces and area per carton, carton weights, pallet quantities and the proposed loading arrangement. Confirm these against the order before arranging freight. The five downloadable product references identify the packing fields still to be confirmed; they are not packing lists.
Ask for the expected production or stock-release date separately from the freight estimate and destination handling. Provide the destination and receiving constraints. Shipping terms, sample charges, payment conditions and any applicable duties need to be agreed for the quotation.

What sample format can I receive?

How do I confirm cartons, pallets and shipment weight?
Request the piece count, area, net and gross weight per carton, pallet configuration and the shipment packing list. Do not infer them from nominal tile area or from another model.
What should I send for a quotation?
Include model codes, estimated quantity by model, intended wall or floor use, project country, delivery destination, required date and any document requirements. Identify alternatives separately from products you need together.
What if cartons or tiles arrive damaged?
Keep labels and delivery documents, photograph the packaging and affected pieces where safe, and report the discrepancy through the process agreed for the order before installing affected material. Claims deadlines and remedies belong in the purchase terms.
